First, initial parameter setting
The whole intelligent setting process is operated for the display module. For led display screen, it is exactly to observe the first display module entering from the signal cascade direction.That is, if the signal cascade direction is from left to right, the first display module refers to the display module in the upper left corner of the screen. If the signal cascade direction is from right to left, the first display module refers to the display module in the upper right corner of the screen.In order to facilitate observation, only one display module is selected for general intelligent setting, and it is confirmed that the display module is good and trouble-free.
After selecting the display module, fill in the parameters such as signal cascade direction, module width point, module height point and display type, and click "next step" to start intelligent configuration.
Second, determine OE polarity and data polarity
OE polarity and data polarity are extremely important parameters for the display, with OE polarity determining whether the display is lit and data polarity determining whether the display is correct.If OE polarity is incorrect, the display will not be lit, regardless of the polarity of the data. If the polarity of the data is incorrect, the display will not be normal and the display will be fully lit.Therefore, the primary task of the intelligent configuration is to determine OE polarity and data polarity.The display module has three choices: "full light", "full black or dark light", and "other display or irregular change". If "other display or irregular change" is selected, it indicates that there is something wrong with the hardware configuration, and the intelligent configuration should be carried out after modifying the hardware configuration.The OE and data polarity values are determined by alternating the high and low levels with 0 for high and 1 for low, and by selecting on or off the light option for the user. There are four combinations of OE and data polarity.The correct OE and data polarity could therefore be determined in a maximum of four steps by taking turns sending the appropriate OE and data polarity values and recording the user‘s selection for each step.
Third, determine the scanning mode
For the scanning mode, the judgment formula is: the height of the module divided by the number of lit lines is equal to the scanning mode.At the time of design, send the command to judge the scanning mode. According to the number of bright lines selected by the user, the scanning mode can be calculated by using the formula.As the scanning mode is not determined, the data is output according to the high denominator scanning mode determined in the early stage, and the number of bright rows is capped as the height parameter of the module.
Fourth, the determination of color
The grey-free display screen can be divided into monochrome, two-color and full-color, among which monochrome generally corresponds to red.Two colors are generally red and green;Full color is red, green, blue 3 kinds of color commonly.For monochrome screen, this step can be omitted;For the two-color screen, send the red command down, according to the color of the display, you can determine whether the normal display or red and green anti-color;For the full color screen, send red and green colors respectively, according to the color displayed, you can judge whether the display is normal or red and green anti-color, red and blue anti-color or green and blue anti-color.
Fifth, determine the order of points
Led display screen is actually displayed in a point-by-point order, but it takes advantage of the delay feature of human vision, and realizes the update effect of full-screen image display by rapidly sending the images of all points in the full screen at one time. Therefore, the order of dots must be determined before sending.
In order to obtain the order of walking points, a point can be sent at an interval of one second and its position can be determined by recording.The specific implementation method is as follows:
1, send dot command.
2. An led pixel will be lit on the display module every second. Carefully observe the lighting order of these pixels.
3. Click "next step" after dotting, and the system will automatically record the order of dotting.
In order to better help users determine the order of moving points, the system also provides functions such as restriking, backstepping, reset and deduction.
Sixth, download parameters, complete the intelligent configuration
After the above parameters are determined, according to the display data configuration format, reorganize the order and format, you can download to the display configuration, and then observe whether it is correct, if correct, that is to complete the intelligent configuration.In addition, if necessary, it can be saved to a file for later use;If not, analyze the reason and reconfigure the smart configuration.
