In accordance with the contract law of the People‘s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, the two parties have reached the following agreement on the business of LED display screen leasing:
Article 1 lease item
Party b rents the LED display screen of party a: length: m;: m wide;Specification and model:;Resolution:, the use of the business license approved business scope shall prevail, mainly engaged in commercial advertising.
Article 2 term of lease

Article 3 rent
The rent of this contract shall be paid for half a year. Article 4 rights and obligations of party a
1. Formulate various rules and regulations related to public security, fire control, sanitation, power consumption, business hours and other contents in accordance with law and be responsible for supervision and implementation.
2. Party b shall be provided with the site and relevant supporting facilities and operating conditions as agreed to guarantee normal operation of party b.
3. Except as expressly agreed, party b shall not interfere in its normal business activities.
4. Responsible for the management and maintenance of LED display screens rented by party b, including: responsible for the safety prevention of LED display screens and the construction and maintenance of business facilities;Manage and be responsible for public safety of LED display;Responsible for the electricity, water, personnel operation and maintenance costs generated by LED display;Cooperate with party b in public relations coordination and dispute mediation;.
5. During the term of this contract, party a shall not add other advertising media to attract investment in the area where the station is located, or entrust other third-party companies and individuals to attract investment in any form of advertising. Otherwise, party a shall compensate party b for the loss in double the amount of rent hereunder.
Article 5 rights and obligations of party b
1. Advertisements must be published in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the advertising law of the People‘s Republic of China
2. Party b shall have the right to supervise party a‘s performance of the obligations agreed herein.
3. It shall have lawful business qualifications and operate in accordance with the business scope approved by the administrative department for industry and commerce.
4. Party b shall carry out business activities in accordance with the agreed purposes, consciously abide by the rules and regulations formulated by party a in accordance with the law and the system of demand for tickets and certificates, and submit to the supervision and management of party a.
5. Party b shall pay the rent on schedule and bear all taxes and fees arising from the operation.
6. All facilities in the market shall be taken good care of and used reasonably. If any modification is required, party a‘s consent shall be obtained first.
7. It shall operate lawfully in accordance with the provisions of administrative departments at various levels and in the principle of fairness, rationality, honesty and credibility, shall not damage the interests of the state and the legitimate rights and interests of other business operators and consumers, and shall bear all the consequences caused by illegal operations.
8. If the leasehold of LED display screen is transferred to a third party, the leasehold shall first obtain the written consent of party a, go through relevant procedures according to provisions, and shall not lease, transfer, lend or sell the business license.
9. Party b shall provide the archival materials related to himself or the company as required by party a.
Article 6 termination of the contract
If party b falls into any of the following circumstances, party a shall have the right to terminate the contract and not refund all the rent paid by party b:
1. The contents of advertisements released violate the relevant provisions of the advertising law of the People‘s Republic of China.
2. Those who do not have legal business qualifications, including those whose business licenses and licenses have been revoked or withdrawn by relevant administrative departments for illegal business operations.
3. Party b fails to use the site for the agreed purpose and fails to correct it after several written notices from party a.
4. Engaging in other illegal activities or being exposed by the news media and causing adverse effects.
5. Sublease, transfer or lend LED display screen to a third party without authorization.
6. Overdue payment of rent.
7. Serious violation of rules and regulations formulated by party a according to law or refusal to obey party a‘s management.
Party a or party b to terminate the contract in advance caused by its, should advance ▁ ▁ ▁ days written notice to the other party, terminate the formalities based on consensus through consultation.If party a terminates the contract in advance due to its own reasons, party a shall compensate party b for the corresponding economic loss, the amount of which shall be determined by the actual economic loss at that time.
Article 7 disclaimer
In case of force majeure or other reasons not attributable to the parties that make the site unsuitable for use or lease, party a shall reduce the corresponding rent.
If the site cannot be restored, the contract shall be automatically terminated and the rent and interest shall be returned. Neither party shall be liable for breach of contract.
Article 8 renewal of lease
The lease renewal hereof shall be subject to the following methods:
1, interested in following the expiry of the lease rent, party b shall in advance ▁ ▁ ▁ days written notice to party a, party a should to agree before the expiration of the lease renewal for a written reply.If party a agrees to renew the lease, both parties shall sign a new lease contract.
If party a fails to give a written reply before the expiration of the lease term, it shall be deemed that party a agrees to renew the lease.
2. At the end of the lease term, if party b has no breach of contract, it shall have the priority to lease the premises under the same conditions. If party b has no intention to renew the lease, it shall notify party a in writing within days before the lease term expires.If party b breaches the contract, party a shall decide whether to renew the lease.
Article 9 dispute resolution
Any dispute arising under this contract shall be settled by both parties through consultation or by applying for mediation by relevant departments. If no settlement can be reached through consultation or mediation, either party may file a lawsuit with the local people‘s court according to law.
Article 10 other provisions
Any change of ownership of the premises during the lease term shall not affect the validity of this contract.
Article 11.
This contract shall come into force upon being signed and sealed by both parties.This contract is made in duplicate, with one copy for party a and one copy for party b, both of which have the same legal effect.
Article 12.
Both parties shall change or supplement the contents of the contract in writing, and both parties shall sign and seal the appendix to the contract, which shall have the same legal effect as the contract.

The attachment
1. The display time of LED electronic screen is up to a total of hours every day.
2. If required by the superior, relevant traffic safety publicity and other publicity contents shall be broadcast as required.
