LED display screen is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product with relatively low power per square meter. The usage rate and area of LED display screens in the market are increasing, and the power consumption of LED display screens is also a growing concern for users. How can we save power for the Maipu Glossy LED display screen?


LED display screens, as a new type of display technology, are known for their high brightness and energy efficiency. They are displayed through small light emitting diodes inside, so compared to other display products, they are relatively energy-saving. However, if your display screen is large and colorful, its power consumption per square meter is 300-600W. The power consumption of displays using different technologies varies greatly. Common displays include CRT, LCD, and LED displays. These three types of displays consume more power with CRT, followed by LCD, and LEDZUI. Taking common ordinary LED displays (referring to LCD displays with LED lighting for backlighting as an example), the power consumption is generally around 25W.



If it is a monochrome LED display screen, the power consumption per square meter is about 150-200W per hour, which is also related to your display method. The high power consumption of the outdoor LED display screen (full color) is about 800W/square meter, which means that when the outdoor LED display screen reaches the high power (peak) of the ZUI every moment, the power consumption per square meter per hour will be 0.8 kilowatt hours.



Calculation of LED display screen power consumption: Generally, the ZUI high power consumption is calculated first based on the number of points. As an important component of the power supply system, choosing a qualified and reliable power supply can significantly improve the energy-saving effect and service life of the LED display screen.



If the LED display screen area is relatively large, energy-saving design can be adopted. There are two main methods for energy-saving LED display screens:



1. When installing the screen, install a multi-functional card with a light sensing probe, which allows the LED display screen to automatically adjust the brightness of the screen according to the outdoor light intensity to achieve energy-saving effects.



2. When designing the screen, energy-saving IC and low-voltage power supply are used. According to the formula P=UI, because the screen LED display screen is driven by constant current, that is, the current remains unchanged, and the voltage decreases, resulting in a decrease in power.
