LED display installation production process and tool preparation

We need to make the LED display, first of all, we need to prepare the materials. Today, we have collected an LED display installation production process, and explained to you the required materials and the process of the display.A display screen covers the frame area, the display area, the choke area, the power supply area, and the gadget.
1. Part of the outer frame: special aluminum profile, corner, light steel keel, rear baffle (aluminum plastic plate and lysol plate are both ok)
2. Display parts: unit board.Accessories to be covered: electrical power cord.
3. Choke parts: choke CARDS, transfer plates, and wiring.Note!(individual choke CARDS do not have transfer boards and wiring)
4. Power supply part: 220v-5v power supply.The common ones are 40A and 30A.Starting work depends.
5. Small accessories: 16P row wire, 16P card head and clip, three-core value line, DB9 head (needle, hole) DB9 shell, power line, self-tapping.Strong magnet
6. Tools: cutting machine, pressing wire pliers, electric iron, stripping wire pliers, screwdriver.
Assemble steps
To make a display screen, you first need to confirm the volume of the outer frame. Below, I will explain the way to cut the frame.Take the most commonly used 3.5*90 profiles and P10 panel as an example.The size of the display screen is 2 *5.
1. Confirm the size of the unit board, which should be very accurate to millimeter.Take the P10 unit board: its size is 16cm*32cm.
2. Calculate the net size of the height and width of the unit board in the display screen. For example, the height is 2 *16cm=32cm and the width is 32cm*5 =160cm
3. Subtract 4mm from the calculated net size. As mentioned above, the net size is 32cm*160cm, so the aluminum size should be (32cm-4mm)*(160cm-4mm)=31.6cm*159.6cm.31.6 and 159.6 are the actual sizes of aluminum, and 5mm should be deducted for the display screen over 3 meters.
4. Connect the corners and cut sections with self-tapping, clean up the clutter thoroughly, and put them face down.
5. Place the unit board in the right direction, not in the wrong direction.Make sure the pin is facing the profile height.
6. Remove the magnet for column loaded on the cell plate and the disk broadcast into the nursery in the column of concave 巣.
Measure the length of the light steel keel and cut it off. Place it on the magnet. Try to make the magnet in the center of the keel to avoid deviation.
8. Connect the keel with self-tapping wire and frame.
9. The unit board shall be connected with the line to form a bridge, and the line shall not be pressed.
10. Fix the power source to the suitable position in the profile, and identify where the power source is to be placed according to the following information. The power source is usually placed on the profile under the exposure screen.Pay attention to the insulation with the unit board.
11. Connect the power cord. The power cord cannot be connected with unknown connection.You can‘t go all the way. A P10 cell board has a full current of 4A, which means a 40A power source can carry 10 cells.The line of the exposure screen is parallel, that is, positive pole with positive pole, cathode with cathode, common VCC,+5V,+V is positive pole.GND,COM, -v are the cathode.And positive negative pole must not connect wrong, otherwise will cause the unit blackboard to discard.Example: a 40A power supply has 10 cell plates. We can divide it into three plates and put them together into the 5V of the power supply once, and then three plates into the power supply once, and finally four plates and put them together into the power supply.That means no more than four panels per circuit, so that the line will not be damaged by too much current.
12. Place the choke card at the input end of the unit board and be sure to supply 5V power directly from the power supply.
13. The pin of the choke card is in order.Such as JK1. JK2......Or J1, J2......JP1, JP2......The position of one shall be attached to the top of the arrow at the input end of the board.
14. Signature of unit plate and choke block: the letter A with small white color around the pin of ordinary choke card is also included in the input terminal of unit plate. It is accurate to sign two A‘s with parallel lines.
15. After the above work, the debris inside the screen should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid the damage of conductive aluminum, iron and wire ends falling into the circuit board.
16. After finishing thoroughly, conduct electrical test, provided that the numerical line is completed.Because most digital control business card printing before the numerical value is exposed abnormal.So when the electricity is turned on, mixed symbols appear, dark, bright, etc....Do not zhang huang, as long as you make sure that the positive cathode is not wrong, do not care about it.
17. Numerical line welding: the common display screen USES only two of the three below.Extension cord: this is required for each display.As the name implies, its utility is to extend the numerical interface of the choke card to the exposure screen.Because your display screen will eventually cover the back cover, you can‘t change the data once and remove the back cover once!The materials he needs are: a section of three core wire that doesn‘t have to be very long, a DB9 pin, and a DB9 hole.Each DB9 is labeled with a number of 6789 on top of the welding place behind it. We only need to sign 3 of them.These three are 235 stitches of the 2 and the 2 of the hole with one of the three core threads.3 and 3 weld 5 and 5 burn.Back to the end of the glue shell to the needle, (because the hole is in the screen) OK!
The two disjoint lines are the same as the welding method of extension line. The difference is that the two disjoint lines use two DB9 holes, both of which require the gluing shell.The interlacing line and the non-intersecting line are made of the same material, the difference is that the two of the interlacing line are connected to the three of the other line, the three are connected to the two of the other line, and the five are still connected to the five.
Interlacing and disintersecting lines are based on the use of choke CARDS to vote using parallel still interlacing.
19. After the above work is completed, the rest is adjusted, as long as the display screen must be power-on.Because the choke card category on the market is very much adjusted I do not recommend.
20. After the test is adjusted, the back cover can be cut off and sealed if there is no problem.The final delivery will be made!
Matters needing attention
1. The unit board and choke card must not be able to receive more than 5V of electricity.
2. The positive cathode of all lines must not be misconnected.
3. It is necessary to thoroughly clean the clutter inside the screen.
4. 220V alternating current with no positive cathode.
